About Me

About Josh

For the past 20 years, I’ve helped people move better, feel better, and live better.

I’ve worked with Olympians, world-class athletes, and everyday people who simply want their bodies to work again. I’m also a 5-time All-American triathlete and Masters sprinter, currently training to break 11 seconds in the 100m at 41 years old.

But my understanding of the body didn’t come from success alone.

After years of pushing myself, my body broke down. A failed neck surgery forced me to rethink everything I believed about pain, healing, and performance. At the same time, I was carrying something deeper — grief from losing my father and brother to suicide in high school.

That combination changed my work forever.

I began to understand that healing isn’t just mechanical. The body stores stress. Trauma lives in tissues. Movement and strength are not just physical — they are emotional.

Today, my work focuses on restoring mobility, strength, and nervous system balance so you don’t just recover from pain — you reclaim your body.

At 41, I’m running as fast as I did in high school — injury free. I live what I teach.

If you’re ready to move better, hurt less, and feel strong again, I’d love to work with you.

The ASRC, Back in 2010

After a few years as a sports massage therapist, I launched the first-ever walk-in sports recovery club of its kind and quickly grew to hundreds of members. There are many similar concepts in other places now. This was an incredible experience for me; as you’ll see in the video, we all got to work with world-class products, athletes and practitioners. Sadly, I closed it in 2014, I miss the ASRC, but I prefer to work one-on-one with clients. I’ve carried those valuable skills forward to today.
